   The selection of food on the buffet was minimal- the sliced Turkey was cold & no gravy to go with it. The roasted potatoes were covered in oil/butter. The California blend was soggy & absolutely disgusting. They did not replenish the roast beef. I didn’t try the pork loin or smothered chicken. The soup was also not refilled on 2 of the soups. The buffet is from 11-2pm & we got there at noon so they should have had enough roast beef & soup. The price was $25.95- I’m guessing it’s increased on weekends or because of the holiday season. It was not worth the price & will not be back. Our server was pleasant & checked on us frequently.

   The server Maria was excellent but the Supervisor name Maria and Breanne provided the worst customer service that I've ever experienced. They would not accommodate the food being not up to par, it was very disappointing. I will never return to that establishment again.

   Truly enjoyed our meal for the Illumination dinner. Everything on the buffet was very tasty-the corn and crab chowder was delicious as well as the chicken pot pie and the rib roast. Great service and the price was very tea.

   First time I’ve skipped the large family gathering to celebrate Thanksgiving (just the two of us) in a restaurant. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met, much less exceeded. Upon entering we joined a crowd of approximately 75 people trying to reach the “reservation check-in table” which was manned by a single person! She was in charge of checking off your name and handing you a card to let you know which line to go to in order to enter the restaurant. We were seated without too much delay. Eventually a waiter took our drink order and pointed us to the buffet. A very nice variety of food was provided, most of which was quite good, particularly the meats and seafood, and potatoes - the veggies and desserts not so much. All in all a disappointing experience that we will not repeat. It felt like an expensive outing to a theme park cafeteria, packed with hungry crowds.

   Wonderful Thanksgiving buffet. Food was amazing but service wasn’t the best which was disappointing. It was not the norm so we will be back.

   Our server EMMA is the best! She’s very attentive to our needs and always serving with a smile. Ambiance is great! Food items offered in the menu today are all delectable, except the fish which is a bit salty and the chicken is quite dry, nevertheless the pulled beef, soups, desserts are all pleasing to my palate.

    Good service, nice dining room, dreadful food. Trained chefs should know to use the right size plates for the dish. Salad bowls were overfull making it difficult to eat without it falling out, salad was poorly cut and presented. French fries were cold, fried shrimp was overcooked. Fried fish was overcooked and inedible. Pasta dish with shrimp was $30! Presentation was terrible. We didn't complain because it was husband's birthday, but neither of us ate our food. The complimentary ice cream for his birthday was a nice touch. The food was a disappointment and it's such a shame because it's a nice place and the service was fine. I've heard similar reviews from friends, but wanted to try it anyway. We won't be returning.
