   I love this place. Been there twice. The charcuterie plate + bread to start is so yummy. Dishes are reasonably priced for the quality. Espresso was dark and flavorful. Services is super attentive, but never pushy. One small thing that I like ... sparkling water is gratis. Lots of places try to up-sell you to that – they do it as part of the experience.

   The food was amazing! Simple dishes (we indulged in appetizers, pizza and pasta) with the freshest ingredients. The service was a bit impersonal (rote) and it did feel like we were rushed along a bit. Also, even when a server spilled my wine glass (spraying wine all over me and my daughter) the response was underwhelming -- a little extra wine poured into my glass and an extra dessert from their tasting menu (after we'd already ordered two desserts). Again, the food was exceptional, but as a truly enjoyable dining experience it fell a little short.

   I’ve had the pleasure of dining here 3 times and loved every bite. Service was great and pizza amazing! Keep up the good work

   Different and yummy, as always. There are always good vegetarians options here, and the margarita pizza is sublime. I can’t say no to two pasta courses, even after a shared pizza. One of myfavorites in town.

   The staff are attentive and quick in offering information about the dishes. Appetizers are more sour to my taste. Pasta and pizza are without a doubt exceptional. Impressed with the dessert Chocolate Budino as well. Overall great experience at Flour + Water.

    First off, believe the hype, the food is exceptional. We've been here many times and on occasion there is one dish which stands out as not insanely good, but most of the food here is stand out and the flavors spot on with depth. Really. The food is good. We've ot been for years-used to work nearby and pop in at 10 after the crowd, sans reservations. My sister gave us a gift card after hearing us rave about it and explain how we never went any longer, to encourage us to go back and enjoy it since it obviously made us happy. Gotta love an impulsive sister. So, years later, we made a reservation. Everything was as it had been in the past. The staff was very helpful in helping us make our decisions, but then the service felt rushed, not bad, just a little hurried; my last sip of wine was whisked away without asking (and, yes, it was a sip, but it was intentional and awaited), my dining companion had completed her meal and i was still savoring my pizza (which, really, you have to try their pizza), i placed a piece of crust down and there was someone offering to ox the rest-I grabbed my crust (did I mention that every ounce of crust is divine?) and let him box the rest accepting that it was better that way as I cold enjoy it for lunch, but still. Then, mere moments after my coffee was poured the check was put down. All of these things did not make me regret anything, because the food is fabulous, but it did make me never want to go here again before 10, when everything was truly everything that you could ever want from a restaurant, because while I could not get away from feeling rushed, the staff here really is top notch.
