   Had not gone back to five crowns in a while and the experience was a bit lackluster, the restaurant was understaffed and although the waitress tried her best, service was slow. In addition their wine choices were limited since they "ran out" of several selections. The prime rib which is their signature dish was frankly undercooked and had to be sent back and then the yorkshire pudding was burnt. Overall staffing needs to improve,more attention todetail in the food needsto be implemented and although the place is charming, it needs a facelift since it is showing it's age.

   Sorry as I have grown up with 5 Crowns. It is not the same restaurant as it was. We had to wait for our table. We had reserved an outside table but they decided not to seat us outside. The portions were small, the price was large, and they lost our membership records which showed we had gift certificates avaialble to use.

   Food was ok, atmosphere is nice, unfortunately service was very slow and below expectations in several areas. Probably won't return.

   Always a place that is a bedrock of consistency in a very good way. Fine food, excellent service and comforting atmosphere. A place you can actually have a conversation without having to raise your voice. Whether it’s a celebration or just dinner out. Hands down one of my favorites.

    Everything was great at the Five Crowns! The employees were welcoming and made certain prior to and throughout the dinner we were not needing or wanting anything. Our waiter, Tyler, was so efficient, knowledgeable and showed an interest in us as his customers. He made our anniversary dinner special and was enjoyable as well. The prime rib was delicious and tender and of course the cream spinach and creamed corn as well! We will be back!
