Best Live Music Restaurants in Rutherford

The Brussel sprouts and Chilean sea bass my husband and I ordered were delicious. The spinach pie left much to be desired. We sat outside on a rare warm evening in April to avoid the burlesque show that was about to start inside. It was my birthday and a sign on the table was a nice touch. The booth table we were sat at for 4-6 people did not work- you were sitting way too low for the table. The next table we were moved to was on a significant slope (note: there were MANY other available tables). The third table we were moved to worked out great until we realized patrons or employees were allowed to smoke right on the other side of the tent next to our table. We smelled cigarette smoke off and on our entire meal, a smell we can’t stand. I can’t believe people haven’t complained about it before. There was also a speaker with very loud music right over our head- again, it didn’t need to be so loud as there were only a few tables sat outside. We aren’t picky people generally, but I was very surprised at how the experience did not match the quality of the food.

Every time I pass through the area I stop by for awesome food and service. My coworker had the pork chop which is a house favorite. All of the normal patrons that hear us discussing this highly recommend it. My coworker had it last night and said it was amazing. He said the sauce that it was served with had a kick which he wasn't expecting but said it was great. I had my usual seafood pasta and it was outstanding. We both started with the Ceaser salad which was really good and the seafood pasta didn't disappoint. The place was energetic last night with some live music and was a great time had by all! We appreciate the restaurant holding a spot for us while we were running late due to the airlines! Thanks guys and see you next time through!

Terrific food and service. Can’t recommend it enough.

Food was delicious and staff were very attentive and friendly. My family and I loved it here and will definitely be back. The cornbread is out of this world!!!
