La historia del Folk's Folly empezó en 1977 con unos orígenes poco convencionales, como a menudo sucede con las mejores historias. Humphrey Folk, Jr. era un promotor inmobiliario prominente y sagaz, cuyo duro trabajo lo llevaba por todo el país, cultivando su sincero reconocimiento por la comida y el buen vino.
