The food was excellent, our server was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was laid back and unique. I'm vegetarian and tried the tamago nigiri, cucumber sunomono, and the vegan south pacific maki roll. All of them were delicious and satisfying, especially the vegan south pacific roll. I loved it! My husband ordered the Philadelphia roll, Godzilla roll, and mango crab rangoons and also really enjoyed his food, especially the rangoons. They came out hot, fresh, and crispy.

Another great meal at Sweetwater tonight, managed by Zach, our bartender/waiter! Service always great! Tonight no gulf oysters so we opted for a medley of east coast varieties... all were super good! (Sorry, forgot a pic! :-( ). The Ocean 11 martinis again a home run. Food plates included the sashimi tower, halibut florentine and grilled Greek octopus. Watch the prep! So delicious, across the board! No dessert this time. Continue to highly recommend Sweetwater Oyster Bar!

First, I’m very grateful that this restaurant works with OpenTable because, I don’t have ESPN at home, so a big game is a good reason to get out of the house. However, yesterday Sound levels hit 90 decibels. (Around 30 minutes at this level can cause temporary hearing loss.) I do realize it’s a big game, but some consideration should be made for the health of people’s hearing.
