Beautiful hotel. Food was outstanding. Service was good but found myself pouring my own tea very often. Maybe you’re suppose too?! But, seemed like that was something that the server preferred to do. Noise level was a little louder than I’d hope. Loud talking drowned out the music and hard to hear my table companions speak without having to raise our own voices. Table next to us decided to bring their toddler, which is inappropriate in my opinion. This isn’t a place for a small child who can’t eat the food or sit still for two plus hours. Too expensive to be disrupted by screams and crying. Also would have preferred to be seated at an actual table rather than a coffee table. Leaving over to eat my food was uncomfortable. I get the “living room” vibe, but why have some tables and some coffee tables? Harp music was beautiful. They played happy birthday on the harp and everyone at our table got a birthday dessert. All and all it was lovely and a special treat for a special event.

Outstanding environment, easy parking, great staff, excellent product and great deals - the Cabana upstairs is private the best local escape

Service had some hiccups, sandwiches could’ve been better, the biscuits were perfect though. The individual tea pots were great for tea to stay warm and self serve. Butter was amazing

Cute and easy tea house, the food was just okay…but nice people

Very good afternoon tea without breaking the bank. It was a good time as well, as my friend and I didn't have to encounter loud and large group parties that day. Thank you for a good afternoon tea experience.
