Designated historical, 740 is one of Colorado's two oldest remaining saloons; transformed back to its 1904 roots; a traditional American dining saloon with a turn of the century ambiance featuring a magnificent room dominating bar, built in 1880 by the Brunswick Company,. The copper spit trough, once equipped with running water, still exists at the front of the bar. Todo la comida que pedimos estaba deliciosa (unas gambas al ajillo como entrada, una pasta boloñesa y una pizza con bolas de carne), la atención de los meseros fue excelente; además por ser mi cumpleaños, tuvieron la atención de recibirnos con un sobre en la mesa, el cual contenía una tarjeta de cumpleaños y al final me llevaron de cortesía un tiramisú con una velita, lo cual me pareció un excelente detalle.
