Upon questioning the restaurant owner regarding the non-traditional meals we were serving, I was told the food must be made according to American taste.     The space seats 62 this evening and all the other evening we have dinned there the noise level has been very quiet. Service is very good the servers were very attentive, personable and knowledgeable. We both had the specials and they were hardy and simple but exceptional. From the pizza oven bread the calamari and our main dish we were stuffed and had to take our cannoli home. The couple are new owners as of December and are carrying on in a traditional Italian Family way which is hard to find these days.

    I made reservation at Trillium to have a special Lunch after church on Easter Sunday. This was a first visit for our party of 5. EVERYTHING about our Lunch was SO WONDERFUL! The food was EXCELLENT! Everyone loved their dishes, and THANK YOU for generous portions! We had such a lovely experience, the decor is very classy, and the vibe is relaxed, fun. We loved the open kitchen, and service was great. We will be back to try Dinner! --Julie
