Great meal and friendly service! The Bolognese was sublime!

What a wonderful afternoon for my husband’s birthday celebration. The food was absolutely amazing. My husband and son ordered the filet mignon which was done to perfection and butter like in tenderness. The pork shank Osso Bucco was also beautifully done and delicious. We should have skipped the appetizers but the giant meatball was devoured ,the squash flowers were overly battered so lost that delicate deliciousness of the flower itself . The boys and their wives enjoyed the mussels . Everyone was very satisfied with the entire meal. Definitely a great dining experience!

The food is very good and priced similar to others. They do have a reasonable lunch special that may be appealing. Personally I love the pasta dishes and entrees too much to have a sandwich and soup for lunch. The atmosphere is more casual than a fine dining but a great place for a meal. I have tried the bolognaise, the carbonara, the sunday gravy and the veal parmigiana. All of which I would happily have again!!!

Our meals were excellent! Filet mignon and salmon was prepared to perfection ! Drinks were outstanding! Mimi was the best server we’ve ever experienced. Her atttention to detail, warm and personal demeanor was second to none!

This was our first time here after receiving a recommendation from a complete stranger at another restaurant. Dropping off the car at the valet was smooth and easy, simply registering our car to our mobile number for communication. We were seated promptly at a table for two that was awkwardly unstable but were able to adjust it so it didn’t rock enough to spill our drinks. The Appy Hour buck-a-shuck was spot on. We crushed 18 meaty Wellfleet oysters for $18….. quite the bargain….then had several apps that were all delicious. For our main meal, we split the Filet Mignon and the Faroe Island Salmon. The filet was excellent - perfectly cooked and seasoned - but the salmon was lackluster at best, surprisingly. It seemed that they almost forgot to add any seasoning to the salmon which was unfortunate. All in all, the experience and food was on par with other Federal Hill restaurants and we will definitely be back.
