What a find! Was looking for a pub for lunch on Easter Sunday and came across the Well House Inn. Booked a table for 7 of us and it was absolutely perfect. I can honestly say that the roast I had was the best I have ever had in any pub/restaurant. Really fantastic, great portions, brought us all the sauce accompaniments and extra gravy on request. The service was friendly, efficient and we couldn't fault a thing. Will definitely be going back!

We have dined at the talbot on many occasions and have always enjoyed it and this occasion was no exception. However the afternoon was marred by the fact that two of our party were told on departure that they may be subject to a fine as their stay had exceeded 3 hours. No one told them about this on arrival when they registered their number plate. Although the Talbot explained they are not responsible for the car park this could seriously deter a further visit if our friends are fined for effectively enjoying their time at the restaurant!

It was a lovely afternoon tea, food and the service was lovely and the place was very nice. My son and I did enjoy our afternoon tea. Thank you Warren House.

First of all i would love to thank the really lovely staff, the ladies and the taller gentleman behind the bar were very welcoming and skilled with their mixology. There were orange bitters added to the French martini i ordered but other than that it was flawless. When seated at our table there were a couple of dirty glasses, you could spot marks on the wine glasses of other tables but i guess it just wasn't looked over. The young man serving us with glasses on was very friendly and welcoming, he had good knowledge on the menu and checked in with good timing between courses. The food was spectacular, my steak was expertly done and the chicken burger was very impressive. Absolutely amazing. When we were offered desserts i asked for a modification to make a dessert cocktail and the bartender BLEW ME AWAY. The presentation and overall flavour was outstanding. The bar team stole the show last night (other than the steak). I will be happily returning to the 1907 Restaurant and Bar.
