The name "Hakkasan" pays homage to the ‘Hakka’ people from the New Territories of Hong Kong while ‘san’ is the respectful Japanese form of address. Inoshin is an omakase experience from the team behind New York's Michelin-starred Kosaka, taking up an eight-month residency within the historic Hemingway Tower at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club. Named for chef Shinichi Inoue, Inoshin is the culmination of a nearly 30-year career dedicated to the art of sushi.
