Where do I begin to tell you how special The Waterlot is? From thr moment we walked in and were so warmly greeted by Tasha, Millie and Lakeela (?sp) we knew we were in for a one of a kind experience. We had been told to request Raggar for our waiter and they put us at a wonderful table with comfy seats and a great view of all the goings on. Raggar welcomed us with the biggest smile and such personality--we felt immediately at home. We've been to the Waterlot several times before and it continued to exceed our expectations. From the onion soup to table side Caesar salad to our filets,truffle mac and cheese and finally the chocolate indulgence to finish our meal every bite was delicious! We needed a ride back to our hotel and they took care of that too everything was seamless and we even got hugs on our way out! The staff is impeccable! The food is top notch, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming--you need nothing more! You HAVE to go! I also can't forget to mention our waitress on Thursday night---Alisa--what a special person; she's going places Finally, the team couldn't be what it is without its leader Barry--thank you all for making my birthday so memorable Muriel and Kathy Campbell

Great food, great atmosphere, great staff and great value. I can't speak highly enough of what a great experience we had. The staff is so great and they perform as one cohesive unit. It was a pleasure not only to be served but to see the interactions with others as well. I highly recommend everyone visit.
