Excellent food, very relaxed atmosphere on a busy Zoo day. Attentive staff and a wide choice of spirits at the bar. Spotless toilet facilities. A very enjoyable experience to celebrate a landmark birthday.

The staff were very attentive but this meant we had several staff members asking if we wanted to order when we already had etc. not a bad thing but just sometimes was a little overwhelming. The food was good and definitely worth going on a Monday or Thursday when they had 50% off. It was both casual and a bit fancy too so you could have dressed up or down to go. Overall, a nice experience.

He was not only polite and gentle, but also brought a vibrant energy that made us feel genuinely welcome. Throughout the meal, Alex was attentive, timely, and thoughtful, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. His passion for great service was evident in every interaction. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and it made all the difference.
