On October 4th, 2022 the Dutch red windmill opened her doors to Fred & Diana. Diana is known for Diana's Pancakes, across Barcelo and before that, she was the owner of a similar pancake place next to the mill. Fred is known for his former restaurants Chef's Tables, 2 Fools and a Bull and Fred Restaurant in downtown Oranjestad.The two decided to work together and King Fred & Princess Diana was born. Antes de ser ubicados en la mesa esperamos en la barra y probamos algunos cocteles disfrutando del atardecer, la atención de Giovani fue bastante buena. Al pasar a la mesa sobre la arena nuestra mesera fue muy amable. La comida estaba rica. Tienen opción de platos pequeños por lo que es muy conveniente para los que comen poco. Es un lugar bastante agradable si lo que quieres en cenar en la playa bajo la luna y estrellas. El servicio es bueno. Tienen música ambiental en vivo. Volvería.
