Padre e hijo crean una experiencia culinaria italiana única, sirviendo a Las Vegas por más de 20 años. Mimmo,el hijo, creció en el negocio y, después de graduarse de la CCA, se fue a Italia. Allí trabajó con algunos grandes chefs de la Toscana.
