Padre e hijo crean una experiencia culinaria italiana única, sirviendo a Las Vegas por más de 20 años. Mimmo,el hijo, creció en el negocio y, después de graduarse de la CCA, se fue a Italia. Allí trabajó con algunos grandes chefs de la Toscana. Él y Gino, el padre, crearon un menú para satisfacer los paladares más exigentes con platillos tan premiados como; Osso Buco, chuletas de cordero, filete de res de primera calidad, conejo, pescado mediterráneo, pastas y panes hechos en el lugar. Además de los Gnocchi de papa de Momma Ferraro. Mientras Mimmo se ocupa de la cocina, Gino trabaja en el salón comedor y se encarga de ver a los clientes.
