Best Fun Restaurants in Carol Stream

This was my 1st time at Shabu and it was excellent. The vegetables were amazing and so fresh. We tried waygu beef and all sorts of veggies cooked in either Korean hot soup or miso soup. Our server was the absolute nicest young man! He explained everything. We will definitely be back. The place was spotless and the robots delivering the food were interesting! Loved it, great prices and worth your time to try this place.

Once again, the specials did not disappoint at all! They were delicious. The mushroom salad was flavorful and the grilled cabbage was a pleasant surprise— the fried garlic and tuna mayonnaise elevated the dish. The menu alone offers a selection of great dishes, but you should try the special that Chef Liam and his staff create.

What a great experience! Food and service excellent and made our anniversary celebration even more special.

This restaurant is a gem. Perfect for families and kids. We celebrated my 9 year old's birthday with giant shakes and yummy food. We will definitely return again!

Such a great place!!! The drink flights are great food takes some time but it was good. All they need is some fun music so it doesn’t seem so quite the atmosphere is great for music!
