Refuge restaurant is housed in a wonderful building full of beautiful original tiles on the walls, high ceilings and spacious rooms. The service is excellent with friendly helpful staff and a kitchen that doesn't keep you waiting. We had a selection of small plates and all of the dishes we chose were all delicious

First time we've ate here and the food was absolutely delicious. Scallops, cod and steak particularly good. We we're really impressed with the service too which was quick and attentive

Enjoyed my first visit, was happy to come back so soon and bring friends along too.

Superb food. Delicate flavours. Great staff, helpful but not intrusive.

Ordered 4 dishes off the small plates. Did not like the batter like coating on the meat dishes we ordered and found the bread hard, not soft that came with the houmus and the artisan oil. We went on a lovely sunny day but chose to eat inside which was quite cold as no heating was on.
