Hubby and I enjoyed our 36th sweetheart anniversary at Prime29. This was our first visit. I don’t know how I hadn’t heard about this place sooner. Jody was absolutely amazing. She never missed an opportunity to ensure we were satisfied and comfortable. I will definitely return and encourage others to request Jody for a truly great dining experience.

It was my BF’s birthday. The Reserve is always lovely, but we were both disappointed with the food. Of course it’s a special occasion place & you expect special occasion pricing, but the food did not live up to the pricing. We had the table side caesar salad & it was huge, but had no flavor & did not even look good. We both had 8 oz filet mignon. Mine was overcooked & had no seasoning. The sides were asparagus, mushrooms & potatoes, all very mediocre. Our server Jen was great. Very attentive, polite & professional. She was great. My BF was given a complimentary dessert & that & the birthday card were very nice touches. It just was not worth $300. Only two glasses of wine BTW. We went for our anniversary two days after they opened initially. It was absolutely fabulous in every respect. I hope they raise the bar, because at these prices (and up about 30% since they opened), I won’t be back.
