    帶位準備入座時到桌邊已經發現有兩副餐具已經濕掉，是由上方的冷氣孔滴下來，當時的服務人員有致歉並起換新的過來，後來坐下開始用餐沒多久上方的冷氣水又滴下來，這次是滴在我的衣服上，我舉手請服務人員過來說明此情況，當時他跟我說了請稍等，我不太能理解為什麼不是先幫客人換一個座位，但這個有可能不是他能擅自決定的事情，於是似乎有一位主管的人前來先致歉並且說明天是假日關係所以沒有多餘的位置可以更換，於是說明要將原本的座位往走道移動⋯⋯我表示這樣不會擋道顧客及員工進出嗎？他表示說不會，但移動完另一側的座位還是在冷氣下方，他們自己也說這樣還是在下方才幫我們換到另一個座位去，我是不能理解這整個過程是發生什麼事情！冷氣水滴落這是不可控因素我能懂，但今天會滴不可能之前都沒滴下來過，那是不是那側的座位就拆開變成兩人座呢？而不是一而再再而三的造成顧客訴願⋯⋯一個人價位其實不是便宜的，員工的臉幾乎都是臭的，一個五星飯店的自助餐廳不應該是這種服務。

    甜點霜淇淋，抹茶蕨餅最好吃，還有紅豆料跟黑糖可以加非常棒！黑糖奶茶也不錯，可惜拿鐵咖啡不是鮮奶！其他的自助就是青菜丸子，價位是屬於中價位，整體來說都還蠻好的！服務人員的態度櫃檯人員很好！送餐人員也都蠻好的，只是有一個比較沒有耐心！廁所的擦手紙沒有了沒有添加這是唯一的缺點，整體上都還不錯，記得要訂位
