the food is always outstanding. My waiter Kat, was horrible. After I received my order, she never returned to check on me. Three other waiters asked me was everything ok. I told them what happened. I asked to speak with management (Brandon) to make a complaint. After talking with management for 5 minutes, Kat never came over to my table. I received my meal in about 15 minutes. I was in there 90 minutes. Normally, less than 45 minutes. Waiting around for someone to ask you, if you need anything else is the worse. I will return, but will not sit in her section. Prime Rib is my #1 favorite restaurant.

Four friends and I had lunch on a Sunday before a show at the Broadway Theater. The food was delicious and reasonable. The service was on point and the ambiance was quiet and comfortable.
