My friend and I had an incredible experience at Matsuyoi. The food was out of this world — every bite was thoughtful, fresh, and full of flavor. But it wasn’t just the food that stood out. The ambiance, the service, the energy — it was all beyond anything we expected. You can tell the team genuinely loves what they do, and it makes the whole experience feel special. I know some people might feel a little overwhelmed or hesitant about trying an omakase-style restaurant, but Matsuyoi makes it so easy to relax and enjoy. Their attitude is truly, “just grab a seat — we’ll take care of all the details.” And they mean it. That said, part of the magic comes from you, too. You have to bring a little curiosity and openness with you. If you walk in determined not to have a good time, there’s only so much even the most amazing team can do. But if you show up ready to trust the process and enjoy yourself, Matsuyoi will absolutely deliver an unforgettable night.

Great food. Amazing Cobia Ceviche and beet salad. Beef Bavette was really good

The Food was really Good and also the service, they give me also a gift for my birthday, so I really appreciate that kind of details when you go to a place like that.

The food was delicious and our waitress was really nice and answered any questions we had about the food. The only slight inconvenience we had is we were being charged for the water (I’ve never been to a restaurant that charges for water) but when we mentioned it they had no issues removing from the tab. I definitely will eat her again and more people should try this hidden gem
