We stay true to Italy's culinary standards to retain the natural freshness and flavors of our dishes, which makes us one of the ONLY restaurants in the US to never incorporate artificial flavorings, colorings, or preservatives, nor do we use corn syrups in any of our beverages. We take pride in guaranteeing that none of our offerings contain GMO fruits, vegetables, or processed seed oils. Our olive oil, frying oil, flour, and sauce are all imported from Italy, while our meat, seafood and produce are sourced locally.     We went there for Easter Brunch. We had a reservation. The brunch was delicious we had chicken and waffles, steak sandwiches, burger and also eggs Benedict all were amazing. The bang bang shrimp were not what I was expecting but still good. It was a fun day!

    Had a lovely dinner for my friend's bday. Tues-Thursday they offer a 3 course price fixed menu & additions to their regular menu for this week. We were very happy with our choice of cocktails off their Spring menu (Strawberry Lemon Drop & Lavender Dream). We both ordered of the 3 course menu which included an app, entree, dessert & a glass of wine for $49. We each started with a Caesar salad. My friend had the pappardelle Bolognese & I had the Pollo Brasato (chicken, spicy sausage). Both were delicious! In fact my friend ate the whole thing which she never does. Dessert was Gelato & tiramisu with our glass of wine. 🙂
