Desde su apertura en 2005, el Tre Famiglia cuenta con clientes asiduos de la localidad y de las afueras de Filadelfia y el Courier Post lo ha considerado Mejor Restaurante Italiano del Sur de Jersey de 2016, por 10º año consecutivo. La comida casera italiana del Chip's Restaurant, el restaurante del sur de Filadelfia inaugurado en 1903, ha viajado hasta el otro lado del río, a la pintoresca ciudad de Haddonfield, de la mano de la familia Cipollone. Desde el 1er día, los comensales procedentes de todas partes han quedado maravillados con la calidad y la consistencia de todos los platillos. As you walk into one of three beautifully redesigned dinning rooms, in a building that dates back to the 1930’s, you will smell the aromas of the freshest ingredients and spices, which are used to create the unique menu. This coupled with the warm earth tones & natural lighting from the oversized windows makes dining here a truly special experience. So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I dined outdoors on a Friday evening. The weather was perfect and the chairs were comfortable. My friend had eggplant rollatine which she said was delicious. I had one of the best chicken Milanese ever topped with roasted peppers, chopped tomatoes and Parmesan cheese with arugula on the side. Even though we were outside our waitress did not forget us. We were served promptly and she checked on us throughout dinner.
