The menu showcases Chef Melissa Araujo's Honduran heritage and takes each guest on a journey through food and culture. The Soul has many stories to tell; Alma's tale is shared through it's dining experience. From Pollo Chuco, to Bloody Mary's and avocado toast, Alma offers an extensive array of dishes focusing on Honduran Food.Chef Araujo’s Father was Born in La Ceiba, Honduras and her memories of her childhood are centered around this particular view of the city. The mountains in the back, the ocean, the cool air in my face, my best memories were made in this city. Una gastronomía elegante espera al comensal en el área de comedor privada tanto dentro del establecimiento como al aire libre, así como los espacios en el bar principal. Justo al entrar lo recibe la barra de mármol, en donde se encontrará a la luz de las velas frente a las mesas de manteles blancos ubicadas en un área de hermoso piso de madera y ladrillo, y rodeadas de botellas de elegantes vinos italianos. Decir que la comida es auténtica sería un eufemismo, pues la chef y propietaria transporta al comensal hasta su ciudad en el norte de Italia gracias a las importaciones de comida italiana y a sus más de 40 vinos, casi todos ellos servidos por copa.
