Best Restaurants for Quiet Conversation in Marina del Rey

The food is always exemplary- the soups in particular are outstanding- only disappointment was that they ran out of the pasta special before our order was taken but the suggested replacement was also very good

This was my first time here. My husband and i were greeted by a friendly host and were seated right away. Our server came quickly and she was very helpful with the menu. We started with the Crudo from the specials menu. The chef sent over complimentary Brussels Sprouts which were delicious. I ordered the Sole and my husband had the Veal. Both dishes were from the Special Menu as well and they were both delicious. Unfortunately we didn’t have room for dessert. We can’t wait to come back and order other dishes from the menu and hopefully save room for dessert. The service was perfection, food was delicious and ambience lively. Will recommend Osteria Vera to everyone.

The dinner was incredible! The collaboration among the three chefs was amazing, while all of the courses was presented in Chef Cimarusti’s standard and style, the signatures of Chefs Ricker and Yenbamroong shown through each of their courses - it was seamless! I especially enjoyed the transition into the final Thai style entrees - it was very clever to have us going into the kitchen for the entremet and to meet the chefs, which in itself was very special, our table was transformed to be just like the one at Night + Market when we got back. It was very evident that so much thought and planning have gone into the making of this dinner - thank you chefs But then again this is Chef Cimarusti’s Providence ps: the wine pairing was superb

Food and service is always amazing. The noodles are a must.
