Best Restaurants for Quiet Conversation in Alameda

Surprisingly quiet and cozy neighborhood gem! Our server, Jordan, was warm and helpful. The salad and patatas bravas were excellent. The swordfish had a somewhat overly smoky flavor, improved when I asked for a lemon wedge to squeeze on it. My husband enjoyed his bolognese.The focaccia bread pudding was overly dense, but the chocolate sauce and homemade whipped cream that it came with were delicious .

Really excellent service, it was a busy night but our server was always kind and attentive, and she had great suggestions. I will be thinking about the tuna carpaccio for a long time.

Amazing food options! Our waitperson was so knowledgeable and helpful.  We will have to come back to try a lot more dishes. 

Delicious Italian cuisine. We dined here for Easter Brunch. The salad was perfectly dressed. The artichoke arancini were scrumptious. The lamb meatballs were tender and very flavorful. And the roasted lamb was succulent and fall apart tender.

perfect place for a quiet, delicious business lunch. Place was not too busy and was quiet for conversation; server was attentive and friendly, food (pasta, foccacia, panna cotta) was excellent. Also super convenient to the Westin St Francis next door where the conference was. Excellent experience.
