We are a boutique winery in the Beechworth wine zone. Our modern, light-filled cellar door has a capacity for 8 people at a time to sit and enjoy a wine tasting whilst overlooking our vineyard.Currently, we only offer a Wine Degustation (5 wines), however in December 2022 we hope to offer small plates (or tapas) of Spanish cuisine to pair with our wines. Raquel Jones is both the winemaker and viticulturist. She farms organically and prefers to use biological methods avoiding herbicides, insecticides, pesticides or anything inorganic.Weathercraft Wine was voted in the Top 50 Vineyards in Australia and Raquel Jones has been in the Top 50 Winemakers of the Year for three consecutive years.Raquel's heritage is Spanish and chose the vineyard site carefully with the view to grow several Spanish grape varieties. She is championing Iberian varieties on Australian soil and her Amphora Blanco (albariño/chardonnay blend in clay - the first of its kind) received 96 points by Halliday.
