Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations. The environment and food quality are acceptable, but the order of serving food needs to be improved. The first appetizer and rice were served before the drinks arrived. When the main dish rump cap was served, it didn't look good. The pieces were all different sizes, like a steak pieced together from all over. Room for improvement.
