- KKVIPLos Angeles •40 reviews5.0Dined on Apr 10, 2025We’ve been to many Korean BBQ places and Kalbi Social Club is definitely one of our favorite! It reminded us of a BBQ restaurant in Myeongdong, Seoul. It was wonderful having the beef cooked to perfection by our server, so we can focus on eating 😀. We ordered a package meal for two people and added Bulgogi Chapchae as an extra entree, which was delicious & colorful. The steamed egg was so fluffy, almost soufflé like, loved the bean soup. We were served three different types of beef and by far our favorite was 48-hour marinated kalbi. Not only was it cooked perfectly without burning but it was very tender, flavorful, almost melting in our mouth. It’s a bit pricey for everyday dining but definitely a treat on a special day. We will definitely want to comes back..More infoKalbi Social ClubPrice: Expensive• Korean• Irvine•4.7

This very hard to find dish is a huge hit for us and it's what has shortened our time between visits. We only wish they would promote it more using table top tents or simply adding it to the chalk board at the front door. It's easy to overlook on the menu. A couple of things we would change: 1) get a bigger bowl for the salads. And serve it with two sides of dressing. 2) serve the prime rib on a plate. The bowl is just plain weird.More infoSauced BBQ & Spirits - IrvinePrice: Moderate• Barbecue• Irvine•4.1
