Ordered my filet mignon medium rare--it was a very tender piece of meat, but it was cooked medium. Rather than wait for server to return (they had many tables), because it was tender, I ate it. Server confirmed it was medium, chef was informed, money was taken off. Wine was appropriately chilled (?had not always been the case). Rolls and butter are outstanding.
