At Rosie Cannonball, we’re serving European comfort food in a lively atmosphere. El restaurante Grace's surgió de la visión del propietario Johnny Carraba, como un homenaje a los buenos recuerdos que tenía de su querida abuela Grace Mandola. Grace, quiene era conocida en la familia como Mama, era una mujer Siciliana nacida en Louisiana de padres inmigrantes. Ella tenía un gran don para la cocina y la hospitalidad, así como una profunda fe. Grace era conocida por el pan que hacía en casa todos los sábados y por sus legendarios almuerzos sicilianos de tres horas los domingos, donde las nuevas raíces adquiridas en Louisiana le agregaban un sabor interesante a sus platillos caseros.
