The servers are great especially if you are mannerly, you can request your favorite cuts after making it through all the cuts they have. There was just some comments I had because I noted that we had went out for a birthday and they completely ignored my request (had I not asked them while there, because they were asking about desert)... So I know the request was not passed down.. I even told them how to spell the name on the request which wasn't captured as a birthday message on the plate.
