Best Restaurants for a Quick Bite in Little Italy / University Village

Our dinning experience was outstanding. From our hostess who sat us at our table to our server everyone was warm, kind, and very welcoming!! We were celebrating my dad’s 87th birthday and he absolutely loved it!! We had the burrata, crab cakes, and calamari for appetizers. Main courses were the pork chops, duck pasta and steak frites. Everything was prepared well and was very good. For dessert was the lemon cake, strawberry rhubarb, and chocolate cake with ice cream. They put a candle on it for my dad which was very sweet. Big thanks to all the staff who made us feel very special. Can’t wait to come back for brunch!!

This was our first visit to Zarella…We lucked out and got Harrison for our server, and he explained the menu in great detail. Throughout the meal he checked back several times making sure we were enjoying our dinner. We split the very large delicious kale caesar salad and had two of the tavern style pizzas, one with beef pepperoni and sausage and the other with sausage. Both were tasty and crisp and quite delicious. For dessert we had the coconut soft serve with cherries which was incredible and the Brown butter cake, amazing. Truly a wonderful restaurant we will frequent often this summer. Thanks Harrison, your service was exemplary!!

Came in for lunch today. Our server was excellent! Food was delicious. I’d been to the Burger in Las Vegas a few years ago and I loved it. This location definitely had equal quality food. Would absolutely return.

The food and staff were excellent and accommodating. Our family had a wonderful meal.

This was our 1st visit and we enjoyed every minute! Their Easter preset menu was amazing as well as the wine pairing. We will be back!
