Great food and impeccable service, it is always a pleasure to dine at Fogo de Chao. Excellent drinks and the list of wines is extensive and well chosen. We highly recommend it.

On Monday, 4/21/25, I went for an early dinner with a friend. I hadn't been to Ghee in several years, so I was looking forward to it. I won't get into the specifics of the food; it was uniformly great. The service for most of the dinner was terrific. It seemed that the three waitpersons were working as a team (1 lady, 2 gentlemen). We each got the tasting menu (usually $62 but was $50 for Monday evening). It was wonderful. It could have been a little spicier but that's just me. So why 4 stars instead of 5? After our main courses, it almost as seemed that the servers had forgotten about us. It took an eternity for dessert to come and subsequently, the check. I know there were a few occupied tables outside, and only 3 tables (counting us) inside. I don't think they were "in the weeds." In the back of their minds, they probably thought we were happily chatting (true) but that's no reason for the 15-20 minute lag before the last course. The one wrinkle in the entire experience. Each of the servers was very polite and did a good job describing the various dishes and were well-versed in the specifics of each dish. I DO recommend this place wholeheartedly. Just keep an eye on the time!

They can definitely cook. Aren’t afraid of seasoning. Friendly staff. Decent value for the quality. Solid night out.

Great experience with my family. It was six of us and we ordered the meal for 4, it was plenty! We were stuff before making it to the final items of our package and dessert, which were s’mores. Our server was great!
