A very pleasant evening at our favourite hangout. Our guests enjoyed it.

Had a great dinner at Jack Astor’s. The bacon cheese Burger was juicy and flavorful, with crispy fries that hit the spot. Service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere had a fun, upbeat vibe. A solid choice for a relaxed evening out—would definitely return.

ESM's has always been reliable to food quality and quantity for years and it rarely disappoints. You can't go wrong with the unlimited salads/soups and breads. One comment that has changed not only at ESM's, but with most franchised restaurants, is the quality of the service, which is probably more or a training issue, as there was a ton of staff at the restaurant, but the service and attention was somewhat slow, especially after we were seated and had to get someone's attention to start serving our table. Despite the large amount of staff, it seemed that the server appeared to be somewhat overwhelmed with this assigned section, due to a larger party seated near us. A 2nd server would have aided him immensely. Another issue, is the level of noise, which is to be expected, at a venue such as this. Definitely not a spot, for quiet dining, which we didn't expect regardless. Overall a good experience and will for the food options..Just some minor improvements can be made on the service side of the location and dividing up the sections to aid with the possible overwhelmed staff members.

The overall experience was very pleasant. I had very great service from the staff even met the manager. If you're asking if I would go there again, certainly.
