La Boca, inaugurado en 2006 por el chef y propietario James Campbell Caruso (3 veces nominado al premio James Beard), es un restaurante íntimo de tapas españolas ubicado en el centro de Santa Fe. Por la influencia de sus viajes por España, el chef James genera sinergias entre auténticos ingredientes españoles para crear platillos tradicionales y modernos.
