Growing up in Italy, my family cooked at home and had the most extraordinary experiences with ingredients grown in our backyard, paired with the wines my chef/restaurateur stepfather would bring back from regions throughout Italy. I fell in love with food as a child watching my stepfather, once nominated a top chef in Italy, work in restaurant kitchens and floors. Was a fun brunch and although the service was good, it was overly attentive, and I had a bottle of sparkling water and the bus boy topped it off with tap a $9 glass of tap. But otherwise it was interactive and the food spread was just the right amount of flavor and variety. They charged an extra 4% on the bill but I really don’t know why, I’d pay it again though.
