La Bistro Italian Restaurant, in Hurst has been serving fine cuisine with passion and knowhow in its elegant and inviting eatery for 38 years! For a delicious start to your meal, enjoy the Maryland Blue Crab Cakes or Charcuterie Board. Homemade pastas, such as the 16 layer baked lasagna or the fettuccine primavera with spring veggies in a creamy sauce and the pan-seared Chilean Sea Bass are some of the diners’ favorite meals. La Bistro Italian Restaurant’s house specialties include the chicken La Bistro with portobello mushrooms and shallots in a brandy dill sauce, the veal Jerusalem sautéed with artichoke hearts and fresh garlic and the filet mignon madeira in a luscious wine and mushroom sauce. La Bistro is one of a small handful of restaurants in the DFW area that dry-ages it's beef in-house.
