The Surf Club's once fabled ballroom, is now a destination for thoughtful Italian culinary; from crudos including Tonno al Tartufo Nero, made-in house pastas like Pacchero "alla Lido", to famed entrées like Branzino al Vapore.On Sundays we offer a Brunch Buffet experience with available seating on the Oceanfront Terrace or inside the Champagne Bar. Inoshin is an omakase experience from the team behind New York's Michelin-starred Kosaka, taking up an eight-month residency within the historic Hemingway Tower at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club. Named for chef Shinichi Inoue, Inoshin is the culmination of a nearly 30-year career dedicated to the art of sushi. Following two decades of training in Tokyo, chef Inoue made his name in New York's restaurant scene, as chef of his eponymous Inoue, Kosaka and two residencies of Kosaka Miami.At Inoshin, we offer traditional Japanese Omakase experience for $250 per guest.
