Amara at Paraiso offers a stunning dining experience that blends modern elegance with the laid-back charm of Miami’s waterfront. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance is inviting—chic yet warm, with beautiful views of Biscayne Bay that set the perfect tone for any occasion. The menu showcases a vibrant mix of Latin American flavors with a modern twist. Standout dishes include the wood-fired seafood, the yuca cheese puffs, and the grilled octopus—each beautifully plated and full of bold, fresh flavors. The cocktails are equally impressive, particularly their signature margaritas and tropical-inspired drinks, which pair perfectly with the lively atmosphere. Service is attentive and friendly, striking a nice balance between professional and relaxed. Whether you’re there for a romantic evening, a celebration, or a casual lunch by the water, Amara delivers a memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy great food, excellent drinks, and a uniquely Miami vibe.

The food was delicious and flavorful. It all came out super hot, fresh and quick. The food runners were very attentive with taking our plates quickly and replenishing our waters. They immediately brought over the corn chips were fresh and crunchy with the salsa verde and rojo (super good.) We ordered the “Tetelas Cinco de Mayo” to start with cheese and black truffle cream sauce - absolutely delicious. It only came with 2 but still yummy nonetheless. To share we had “Costillas Cargada en Birria” - I would HIGHLY recommend for 2 people to share. (It’s basically all protein.) Overall really great experience - would be back again for date night.
