The Kronenhof is a multi-faceted, sustainable restaurant with its own, multiple award-winning brewery. The shiny, copper brewing kettles are the centerpiece in the brewery's guest room: here the fresh, natural beers are brewed using traditional, artisanal methods and the malt from the farms´ own malting barley. We obtain our ingredients from selected regional suppliers and offer our guests fresh, regional cuisine that combines traditional and modern dishes.Hessian classics and brewery specialties are also included on the menu, which is rounded off by seasonal recommendations and chef-selected dishes that reflect the season.All of this is served in a unique ensemble: The Kronenhof is surrounded by lush greenery and is easy to reach.
