Their pizza dough is made with a small amount of gluten, which makes it safe for people with gluten allergies, and is aged for 72 hours to create premium amounts of hydration. Their pizza cooks around 800-900 degrees for about 90 seconds and comes out very light and crispy. Every item on the menu at Pizzeria Mannino’s is made with quality ingredients.
