Best Casual Restaurants in Poipu

Great food and fun atmosphere. Server was excellent and was really knowledgeable on the menu items.

Three of us had a light dinner at Bangkok Happy Bowl Bistro. We all had the spring rolls and two had the hot and sour soup. The foo was very good although the hot and sour soup lacked some of the intense flavor I have experienced in Thai restaurants in Northeast Florida where I live. Service was attentive and professional. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

Brenneke’s is a place we visit each time we are in Kauai. Over the years, the number of fresh fish offered has declined significantly, but that seems to be everywhere. The food was fine, well worth the price, and the service was strong.

Lovely setting, great service, relaxing, will return.

Easily our favorite restaurant of the trip. Food and service felt like we were eating at a Hawaiian friend’s home. Kids LOVED it too - will definitely come back on our next trip.
