The Grounds Coffee Factory is the best amongst all the other "The Grounds" venues. The atmosphere is great. The food is good. The service is fantastic. The place is spacious. The coffee is great too. We had the Strozzapreti Pasta and Chicken Burger. The pasta tastes delicious and very nice. The Chicken is a bit fried for the burger but overall presentation is okay.

Everything was great except we (2 ladies) were stood out front for about 10-15 mins waiting to be greeted so we could tell the guy we had a reservation. He saw us but kept his back to us and didnt greet us but greeted every man that approached him including my partner who came late and went up to him and asked what was going on, so that was kind of offputting.

Excellent, professional, attentive and genuinely lovely service. Beautifully decorated and laid out well. Great atmosphere! Tacos had great flavours and love the concept of how it’s all served. Thank you!

First time trying the Premium lunch buffet. Food was excellent. Service was great. Beef was very tasty. Can't wait to try it again.

Lovely people, great beer and food! Atmosphere was fab due to jij hottest 100 countdown and the GABS hottest 100 craft beers countdown. Due to Akasha making the cut every guest was shouted a middy of beer. Bravo Akasha!
