Waterman Grille is always a memorable dining experience. With a location on the water, the food and ambience are great. Having said that, my wife and I both got the grilled pork chop. We also had this around 5 years ago when we visited. They changed the recipe, and it wasn't quite the same; it had a lot of mushy food around it and was cut into pieces. Last time it was just one big pork chop. It was kind of overwhelmed by the surrounding food. Overall, it was still a great meal.

Very good swordfish with mashed potato and butternut squash..great meal. Our server, Cheyenne, was fantastic. We we request her next time we visit.

Food was delicious for the most part and we will go back. Hoping the management will see this review for a couple minor pointers. The bread & oil: Bread itself was warm and tasty. The oil was flavored with a hint of garlic which was ok but could have been improved if it came with an array of herbs, mixed on a plate to dip. The tenderloin was tender and flavorful, hand cut fries are actually house made chips, we loved them. The Duck with figs over fried rice: Cooked perfectly though would have been complimented if it had maybe a touch of a balsamic fig reduction as a sauce, just my opinion. Again I am just making suggestions to improve on what I would consider a really good meal. Oh and bye the way, I rarely have desert but the chocolate mousse was amazing!!!
