Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations. Payments will be made after your meal; we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take reservations via OpenTable. Everything was great except we (2 ladies) were stood out front for about 10-15 mins waiting to be greeted so we could tell the guy we had a reservation. He saw us but kept his back to us and didnt greet us but greeted every man that approached him including my partner who came late and went up to him and asked what was going on, so that was kind of offputting.
