I have dined at this hidden gem in Boulder on many occasions over the years - from birthdays, to special celebrations, or just craving a great Italian meal - not to mention their world famous garlic bread, fresh out of the oven and delivered to the table. This last visit was before a performance at the University of Colorado. Our server, Sage, greeted us with a beaming smile. Throughout the dining experience, she was attentive, professional and kept out a watchful eye for any needs or special requests. Carelli's is definitely my "go to" place when I am in Boulder. I would highly recommend this fine dining place whenever you feel the need for feeling special and satisfying your Italian cravings!

Hardly anyone there at 1:00 for lunch. It was a nice experience but the spinach ravioli in vodka sauce was boring. The Caesar salad with salmon was great! We’ll go back but order something else.

Been many times but this time the food was a little disappointing. Service was slow also, maybe because it was Friday and crowded.
