Outstanding experience with the freshest ingredients. They grow their own vegetables and herbs and spices right in the garden next-door. They have their own chicken farm as well. We did a tour of the garden. It was truly impressive. Each dish impressed with its flavors of freshness and high-quality. Excellent selection of wines ! Our server Bokchoi was excellent with great attention to detail. Simone the Somielier gave excellent recommendation or a mature and crisp French white burgundy! By far our best meal in Cayman . Bravo !

Pane and Pasta’s weekend brunch is wonderful. So civilized. No queuing for food with other guests. Ordering all-you-can-eat a la carte is the best! Service, as usual, was excellent.

My friend and I had dinner at Anchor & Den last night and have to say it was such a great experience!!! I have dietary needs so the server asked the chef to come to our table to make a few suggestions and ensure my needs were taken care of. The food was amazing and the staff were so incredibly attentive and friendly. Thank you for an amazing dining experience!!!!!

Lovely Japanese meal. Sushi was amazing and freshly made….. the pudding baked Alaska was superb!!! Nice and cool temp as tillies was very humid that evening. Very hip and trendy
